My name is Sophie, and I am Neurodivergent Upgrade. Born and raised in Boston, I came to Canada and was blessed to be trained as a human capital economist at McGill University in Montreal.
This website was created because I hoped to share all of my life hacks with my community and use my training to support businesses in addressing this equity market failure from both sides of the market. I created the resource I wish I had when I was starting my adult life.
Neurodivergence with a side of perseverance is the secret sauce to my success, and I would like others like me to access the support they need to do the same.
