We are a community dedicated to celebrating and empowering individuals who identify as neurodivergent.

Our mission is to provide concrete and effective strategies for neurominorities to be able to lead, dream, and inspire. We also provide consulting services to organizations interested in integrating neurodivergent talent. As an organization, we believe that neurodivergent traits should be embraced and celebrated, rather than stigmatized or pathologized. Our emphasis on holistic approaches to DEI enhancement is what allows us to have maximum impact.

Neurodivergent Upgrade was founded by a BIPOC team which identifies as neurodivergent. We understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with being neurodivergent, and we are committed to creating a community that honors and respects those differences.

We believe that education and understanding are key to creating a more accepting and inclusive society. As a result, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about neurodivergent traits, conditions, and experiences, and strategies for how to navigate them. We expect our strategies to mature with the awareness of our community and its barriers to inclusion.
