Who Are We?

Neurodivergent Upgrade approaches the labour market from both sides. On one hand, we offer self-help tools and narratives for neurodivergent individuals, and on the other we provide consulting services to organizations interested in expanding their inclusion mandate. Our organization is fully owned and operated by Queer, neurodivergent, and Métis women.

Labour Supply Side

Neurodivergent Upgrade gives you access to “helper functions” so that you never have to worry about self-advocating again!

Whether you are having a good day or a rough patch, here are some tools to upgrade how you communicate with others and cut down on the emotional labour of self advocacy! Neurodivergent Upgrade helps you teach others how to meet you in the middle and empower you to pursue your goals as a neurodivergent asset.

Labour Demand Side

Our organization also offers DEI consulting services to organizations seeking to integrate neurodivergent talent into their product innovation and development strategy. We believe that progress is most effective when interventions consider the holistic, big picture change we want to see in the world.

Researchers, Organizations, and Related: Intellectual Property

We are extremely excited about ongoing efforts across industries to study and support issues related to neurominorities.
